Recently I came to question the validity of the guarantee statement provided by one of the G3 manufacturers of concrete sectional buildings and garages. A Customer Care Promise that is unique in the industry. A commitment which promises total satisfaction. A promise which has no exclusions and no small print.
Well, one imagines if something as a simple a leak was reported this manufacturer would without quibble rectify the fault? Don’t hold your breathe.

You may only purchase a concrete building once or maybe twice in your lifetime and so our advice is to ignore the marketing ‘spin’, a company's reputation is only as good as its last customer interaction. Our concrete garages use only recognised branded components from market leaders including Hörmann and Eternit; our panels 2¾ inches thick reinforced, machine vibrate pre-cast concrete panels Grade 11 'Classic Spar' pebbledash finish which we believe to be thicker and denser than the majority (if not all) of our competitors. Furthermore, flush jointed concrete panels, mastic sealed and securely three-point bolted ensures longevity.
Should you experience any problems during the term of your building you can be rest assured that you are dealing with a company that has sufficient ‘clout’ and resources in order to cheerfully and swiftly put things right.
